02 TERMS & CONDITIONS

01 PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & ACCESS

All members and guests at Heavy Metal Strength and Performance are expected to maintain the highest standards of gym etiquette and professional conduct. We operate on a foundation of mutual respect and hard work. Access to the facility is granted solely to active members in good standing. Membership is non-transferable and requires adherence to all posted facility safety protocols at all times.

  • Rack all weights and return equipment to its designated storage area after use.
  • Wipe down machines and benches using provided industrial sanitizing sprays.
  • Use of chalk is permitted in designated lifting platforms only.
02 RELEASE OF LIABILITY & WAIVER

Participation in high-intensity strength training involves inherent risks of physical injury. By entering our Nashville facility and utilizing our equipment or coaching services, you explicitly assume all risks associated with your participation. Heavy Metal Strength and Performance, its owners, and certified coaches shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained during the course of training or while on the premises. It is mandatory for every member to have a signed comprehensive liability waiver on file prior to their first training session.

03 SCIENCE-BACKED PROTOCOLS

Our training methodologies are rooted in biomechanical logic and peer-reviewed performance data. We reserve the right to modify any member's training load or program if our coaches determine, through objective observation or data analysis, that continuing with a specific progression poses an unnecessary risk of injury or overtraining fatigue. Sustainability of gains and structural integrity remain our primary focus for all athletes and rehabilitative clients.
